A lot of sellers ask what the posting process looks like before they list a location. The goal with Vending Village is to keep it simple, but still collect the exact information a buyer needs to make a confident decision.
Here’s the flow from start to finish.
Step 1: Add the location details
The first section is the location details. Think of this as the buyer’s “decision info.” You’re entering the information they need to quickly understand whether the location is a fit for their route and goals.
Step 2: Set your sale price (and see the fee breakdown)
Next you’ll set your sale price. As soon as you input it, you’ll see a clear, transparent breakdown of the fees. That way you know what you can expect to receive once the sale finalizes - no guessing and no surprises.
Step 3: Add the location contact information
After that, you’ll enter the location contact information: address, contact name, phone number, email, etc.
Important note: this contact information is only shared with the buyer once you (the seller) manually release it. You stay in control of when that info is provided. Click through later to review the Transaction Process to learn more about releasing the property info.
Step 4: Create your listing image with the image generator
Once your listing is filled out, you’ll choose the image for the post. We built an image generator that auto-populates the key details from your listing so your post looks clean and consistent.
Step 5: Publish
When everything looks good, hit publish - and your location is live and available for sale on VendingVillage.com.
Step 6: Notifications + next steps
